Because we are a small business with made-to-order items, we are only able to offer full refunds if items are defective or damaged. If you are simply not happy with the product, we can offer a partial refund upon return (amount will vary by product).  We appreciate your understanding and patience with us, and we look forward to being able to offer a more extensive return policy as our business grows!

  • Photo of Damaged Product

Once your refund request has been processed, we will refund the amount paid via the original payment method.

We will process your return request and send you a shipping label to return your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your partial refund will be processed with your original payment method.
